Unauthenticated RBAC and email disclosure via NULL comparison
Published Jun 30, 2026 · Updated Jun 30, 2026
Improper authentication in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote attackers to disclose RBAC bindings and member email addresses. The public.get_org_user_access_rbac authorization gate compares auth.uid() with p_user_id using NULL-unsafe inequality, so an unauthenticated NULL result skips its deny branch. A public Supabase key and target organization and user UUIDs are sufficient to retrieve membership, role, and email data through PostgREST.
