Local command execution via unsanitized config_path

OS command injection in Vale MCP Server 0.1.0 allows local users to execute commands through a crafted config_path argument. The check_file and check_text handlers pass config_path into shell command strings that vale-runner.ts executes with execAsync or exec without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Access to a tool handler that reaches either sink is required, and injected commands run with the server process's privileges, permitting host data access, modification, or service interruption.
