Arbitrary physical-memory access via insufficient IOCTL access control

Exposed IOCTL access in all versions of the Dynabook and Toshiba Generic IO & Memory Access Driver allows local users to access physical memory. QIOMEM.SYS accepts driver-control requests without restricting the interface to privileged callers. A logged-in non-administrator must execute a local program, after which arbitrary physical-memory access enables unauthorized operations and modification of system behavior or data.
