Daemon crash via stale DHCPv6 address iterator

Heap use-after-free in dhcpcd 10.3.2 and earlier allows remote attackers on the same link to crash the daemon with a DHCPv6 RENEW reply. dhcp6_deprecatedele() frees a delegated child address while dhcp6_deprecateaddrs() retains the freed next pointer and later removes it. Reachability requires an attacker acting as or impersonating the DHCPv6 server, and the demonstrated consequence is a daemon crash rather than data access or modification.
