Authentication logic flaw in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote attackers to pre-register accounts under victims' email addresses. The signup flow grants dashboard access before email ownership verification and permits the unverified account to enroll 2FA and enforce organization policy. Possession of an unused victim email address is sufficient to control the resulting account and deny the legitimate owner access.
