Admin lockout via stale password-compliance state
Published Jun 19, 2026 · Updated Jun 19, 2026
Improper authentication in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote authenticated users with Super Admin access to trigger organization lockout. After a compliant password change, the Enforce Password Policy backend leaves the account's password-compliance state stale and continues forcing reset prompts. Reachability requires a Super Admin to enable the policy and change a password; valid login persists, but organization administration remains inaccessible.
