Agent execution via unauthenticated wildcard-CORS endpoint
Published Jun 18, 2026 · Updated Jun 18, 2026
Cross-origin request abuse in PraisonAI before 1.5.128 allows remote attackers to execute agents and read their responses. POST /agui accepts unauthenticated text/plain JSON and returns a streaming response with a wildcard origin, so browsers send and expose the result cross-origin. Exploitation requires a running AGUI server and a user to visit attacker-controlled web content; exposed data and actions depend on configured tools.
