Authentication bypass in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote attackers to verify email addresses without a valid OTP. The console accepts an attacker-rewritten HTTP 200 otp_success response as proof of verification instead of binding success to a server-side OTP check. An attacker must intercept and rewrite the verification exchange; success permits unauthorized 2FA enrollment and control of the account.
