Cluster enumeration via pre-validation object lookup

Observable response discrepancy in the SUSE Rancher import endpoint allows remote attackers to enumerate cluster IDs without authentication. The endpoint loads the cluster object before validating its token, and private-registry handling dereferences a nil value, producing HTTP 502 for some existing clusters while nonexistent IDs return HTTP 200. Network access to the public endpoint is sufficient; the 502 signal requires private registry secrets, while existence enumeration remains possible regardless of that configuration.
