Server CPU exhaustion via repeated buffer concatenation

Algorithmic complexity in Apache Thrift Node.js bindings before 0.24.0 allows remote attackers to exhaust server CPU via partial requests. Server receive transports repeatedly concatenate arriving chunks with retained input, recopying the growing buffer and producing quadratic work. A network-exposed Node.js Thrift server accepting attacker-controlled streams can suffer prolonged CPU saturation without authentication.
