Host file read and write via path traversal

Path traversal in Griptape Framework 0.19.4 allows remote authenticated users to read or write host files through FileManagerTool. Its file activities pass LLM-supplied paths containing parent-directory elements to LocalFileManagerDriver without confining the resolved path to its work directory. An attacker must influence an LLM-enabled agent that exposes this tool; file access carries the privileges of the agent process.
