Arbitrary command execution via unescaped filename

Vimscript code injection in Vim before 9.2.0663 allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands by deleting a crafted local filename. Within s:NetrwLocalRmFile(), netrw escapes only backslashes before interpolating a directory-listing filename into an Ex command passed to :execute, so a bar starts a second command. Exploitation requires a Unix-like system, a crafted file in a browsed directory, and user confirmation of deletion; commands run with the Vim user's privileges.
