Credential and configuration disclosure via nonce-only backup download

Information disclosure in Grav before 1.7.53 allows remote authenticated users to download account hashes and site configuration. The default backup profile passes an empty root to Backups::backup(), which resolves it to GRAV_ROOT and archives account and configuration files. Access requires a valid administrator session with backup permission and the session-static admin-nonce; exposure supports offline password cracking and reveals configuration secrets.
