HUD stream disclosure via unauthenticated WebSocket token

Cross-site WebSocket hijacking in Tilt 0.24.0 through 0.37.3 allows remote attackers to read HUD session state over the network. The /api/websocket_token handler returns the process-wide CSRF token without authentication, while /ws/view also accepts clients that omit Origin. Exploitation requires a non-loopback HUD bind and listener reachability; it discloses Tiltfile contents, resource statuses, session state, and updates.
