CVE-2026-55882Network attack vector

Process-memory disclosure via unauthenticated pprof handlers

Published Jul 10, 2026 · Updated Jul 10, 2026

Information disclosure in Tilt 0.19.5 through 0.37.3 allows remote attackers to read process memory through exposed pprof endpoints. A blank net/http/pprof import registers handlers on http.DefaultServeMux, which the HUD controller mounts under /debug without access control. Exploitation requires a network-reachable, non-loopback HUD or apiserver listener and exposes tokens while profiling or tracing degrades performance.
