File read and overwrite via recipe path traversal

Path traversal in Symfony UX Toolkit 2.32.0 through 2.36.0 and 3.0.0 through 3.1.0 allows attackers to read or overwrite local files. The ux:install command accepts .. segments as relative copy-files source and destination paths, then Path::join resolves them outside recipe and target directories. A developer or CI runner must install an attacker-controlled or compromised kit; overwriting controllers, Git hooks, or .env files enables code execution with that process's privileges.
