Table-bucket disclosure via shared admin identity

Incorrect authorization in SeaweedFS 4.08 through 4.33 allows remote authenticated users to list administrator-owned table buckets. In the S3Tables handler, getAccountID maps account-less non-admin identities to the shared admin principal, while the default-allow path accepts authenticated requests without an explicit policy grant. Ordinary S3 Read credentials and a request signed for the s3tables service suffice to disclose table-bucket names and ARNs, without write access.
