Unauthenticated file disclosure via external GML entities

XXE in GML parsing in MapFish Print allows remote attackers to read local files through an unauthenticated print request. GmlLayer fetches an attacker-controlled layer URL and parses the returned XML without disabling external entities or external DTDs, exposing expanded file content through an error path. No account or user interaction is required; the same entity resolution can send blind server-side requests to internal HTTP endpoints.
