CVE-2026-55846Public exploitHinoki check available

Arbitrary file read via unvalidated decoded paths

Published Sep 14, 2026 · Updated Sep 14, 2026

Path traversal in Qameta Software Allure Report before 2.39.0 allows attackers to read files via crafted HTTP request paths. Commands.setUpServer() passes URI.getPath() output, including decoded parent-directory segments, to reportDirectory.resolve() without normalization or a containment check, and serveFile() returns the resulting readable file. Exploitation requires access to the listener, which binds to localhost by default but can be exposed through the --host option.
