OS command injection in Pillow before 12.3.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted Windows file path. WindowsViewer.get_command() embeds the path unescaped in an f-string and passes the resulting command to subprocess.Popen with shell execution enabled. Exploitation requires control of the path and user execution of the viewer result; injected commands run with the invoking user's privileges.
