Authorization bypass via unescaped Cedar expression serialization

Code injection in affected CedarJava releases allows attackers to alter authorization logic through crafted values passed to toCedarExpr(). The Value-type method serializes quotation marks and backslashes into Cedar source without escaping them, allowing injected operators to change a generated policy. The flaw is reachable only when an integrating application builds policy text at runtime with toCedarExpr() on user-controlled values; a successful injection can make a permit unconditional or suppress a forbid.
