Superuser credential theft via cleartext utility statements

Credential exposure in CloudNativePG before 1.28.4 and 1.29.0 through 1.29.1 allows remote authenticated users to recover role passwords. SetUserPassword and appendPasswordOption interpolate cleartext values into CREATE ROLE and ALTER ROLE utility statements that pg_stat_statements records. Exploitation requires track_utility, a tenant holding pg_monitor or pg_read_all_stats, and superuser TCP access; recovered credentials permit operating system command execution in the database pod, while managed SCRAM-SHA-256 verifiers prevent exposure.
