Unbounded SFT minting via signed circulation overflow

Integer overflow in Klever klever-go before 1.7.19 allows remote authenticated users with a mint role to exceed an SFT nonce supply cap. SFTAddCirculation adds the raw signed amount to meta.Circulation before checking MaxSupply, so int64 wraparound makes the comparison accept the mint. The caller must control an asset's mint role; a crafted add-quantity transaction then credits about MaxInt64 units and leaves the on-chain circulation counter negative.
