Internal service access via omitted NAT64 prefix

SSRF in CC: Tweaked before 1.120.0 allows remote attackers to reach internal IPv4 services through RFC 8215 NAT64 addresses. AddressPredicate.PrivatePattern.matches() checks the RFC 6052 NAT64 range but omits 64:ff9b:1::/48, leaving mapped private IPv4 destinations unclassified. Exploitation requires a dual-stack server using RFC 8215 NAT64 and access to execute Lua; crafted HTTP or WebSocket requests can reach loopback, cloud metadata, private-network, and internal API endpoints.
