Unauthenticated login bypass via concatenated SQL query

SQL injection in SourceCodester Record Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to bypass login through the Username field. index.php concatenates POST-supplied UserName and Password values directly into an authentication SELECT query without sanitization or parameters. Unauthenticated network access to the login form is sufficient to alter query logic, enter the administrator interface, and access or modify stored personnel data.
