Configuration tampering via missing admin CSRF check

Cross-site request forgery in Cotonti 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to change site configuration through an administrator's browser. The admin.config.php update action passes submitted options to cot_config_update_options() without validating the x anti-CSRF token with cot_check_xg(). An authenticated administrator must visit an attacker-controlled page; the forged request can alter core, module, or plugin settings.
