Authenticated SSRF via incomplete outbound URL validation

SSRF in ZITADEL 3.0.0 through 3.4.11 and 4.0.0-rc.1 through 4.15.1 allows remote authenticated users to access internal services. HTTP notification, OIDC back-channel logout, and SAML metadata clients accept user-defined targets without consistently applying protected-address checks at connection time or across redirects and HTTPS downgrades. Access to configure an affected URL is required; successful requests can map or interact with internal services, while expected response schemas constrain direct data disclosure.
