Pool-fund theft via post-cancel escrow claim

Authorization failure in 1Hive Gardens v2 ff3dd5d4 through 3e595f3 allows remote authenticated users to drain governance-pool funds. cancelProposal zeroes the StreamingEscrow member units without returning its pool-funded buffer, causing depositAmount() to fall to zero so permissionless claim() forwards the entire balance to the beneficiary. Exploitation requires community membership, a funded streaming proposal, enough conviction to clear its threshold, and cancellation; the submitter-controlled beneficiary receives the pool funds.
