Unauthenticated database access via guest search injection
Published Apr 5, 2026 · Updated Apr 5, 2026
SQL injection in Code Projects Simple Laundry System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter data through a crafted guest search request. The /searchguest.php handler inserts the POST searchServiceId value directly into an SQL query without cleaning, validation, or parameter binding. No login is required; the public proof of concept demonstrates boolean-, error-, time-, and UNION-based injection against MySQL.
