CVE-2026-55615Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Graph-data compromise via unvalidated Cypher execution

Published Jul 9, 2026 · Updated Jul 9, 2026

Cypher injection in Langroid before 0.65.5 allows remote attackers to read, alter, or destroy Neo4j graph data through agent prompts. Neo4jChatAgent forwards LLM-generated query text from CypherRetrievalTool and CypherCreationTool directly to session.run and tx.run without validation or a statement-type allowlist. Prompt influence is sufficient for graph compromise; OS-command and filesystem access additionally require APOC or privileged dbms.security procedures on the database role.
