Cross-tenant file deletion via unscoped cleanup

Authorization bypass in Mintplex Labs AnythingLLM before 1.14.1 allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' parsed files. The embed-parsed-file route and moveToDocumentsAndEmbed cleanup blocks delete a row by integer fileId in finally clauses without user or workspace scope, even after an ownership-checked read fails. Multi-user mode and manager or administrator access are required; enumerating IDs destroys parsed uploads across tenant boundaries and disrupts document workflows.
