Local file disclosure via chroot prefix check

Path traversal in dompdf before 3.1.6 allows remote attackers to read local files outside configured chroot directories through crafted HTML. The validateLocalUri() method normalizes both paths with realpath(), then uses strpos() to accept any real-file path sharing the chroot string prefix without requiring a directory boundary. Exploitation requires an application to render attacker-controlled HTML and exposes files in sibling directories whose names begin with the configured chroot path.
