Login lockout bypass via spoofed X-Forwarded-For header

Authentication protection bypass in Decolua 9Router 0.4.71 and earlier allows remote attackers to make unlimited dashboard login attempts. The login limiter uses the first X-Forwarded-For value as the key for checkLock and recordFail, so every rotated value starts a fresh failure bucket. The dashboard must be reachable directly or through a proxy that preserves untrusted forwarding headers; administrative compromise still requires guessing the password.
