Server crash via unchecked empty-path indexing

Uncaught exception in ALOS HTTP allows remote attackers to crash the server process with a question-mark-only request. sanitizeRequestPath strips the query into an empty path and indexes p[0] without a length check, causing an out-of-bounds panic before recovery middleware runs. A single unauthenticated HTTP/1.1 or HTTP/2 request reaches the parser and terminates the process; HTTP/3 is exposed when QUIC serving is enabled.
