Stored XSS via unsanitized inline XML attachment

Stored XSS in Snipe-IT before 8.6.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript when a viewer opens a crafted attachment. UploadFileRequest stores text/xml XHTML raw because SVG sanitization runs only for image/svg+xml, while UploadedFilesController serves the file inline without the safe-type allowlist. Low-privilege assets.view and assets.files permissions suffice to upload the payload; execution occurs in Snipe-IT's origin when another user views it.
