Unauthorized user deletion via update-only authorization

Incorrect authorization in Grokability Snipe-IT before 8.6.2 allows remote authenticated users to soft-delete non-admin accounts. BulkUsersController::destroy() checks only update authorization before honoring delete_user=1 at POST /users/bulksave and calling the user deletion operation. Exploitation requires users.view and users.edit permissions, a valid session and CSRF token, but not users.delete; affected accounts can lose access without an authorized deletion decision.
