Authenticated route hijacking via unchecked agent AllowedIPs

Incorrect authorization in affected Coder releases allows remote authenticated users to hijack workspace routes through a malicious agent. AgentCoordinateeAuth.Authorize validates UUID-derived Addresses but forwards agent-supplied AllowedIPs without the same check into peers' WireGuard configurations. Exploitation requires an authenticated user, a running workspace, and a modified agent binary; it enables interception of terminal and workspace-app traffic and spoofed content.
