Unauthenticated file upload via unvalidated sound endpoint

Unrestricted file upload in Pollen Robotics Reachy Mini before 1.8.2 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files to a sound directory. The daemon's unauthenticated upload_sound handler accepts any extension, content, and size, then writes the supplied basename under /tmp/reachy_mini_sounds. Network access to the default 0.0.0.0 listener is sufficient to overwrite stored sound data; code execution requires a separate vulnerability.
