Command injection in NocoBase before 2.1.19 allows remote authenticated users to execute shell commands through backup restoration. The backup plugin passes database.schema from uploaded _metadata.json into unquoted pg_restore and SQL command strings that child_process.exec() runs through a shell. Exploitation requires backup-management privileges, PostgreSQL, and forced schema restore; commands run with the NocoBase server process's operating-system access.
