Cross-company disclosure via unchecked document-token types
Published Oct 14, 2026 · Updated Oct 14, 2026
Authorization flaws in InvoiceShelf before 2.4.0 allow remote attackers to read other companies' documents via public customer links. InvoicePdfController, EstimatePdfController, and PaymentPdfController resolve EmailLog.mailable_id without checking mailable_type; their JSON handlers also omit EmailLog::isExpired(). Exploitation requires an issued token and matching numeric document IDs; expired tokens remain usable for JSON disclosure, while unexpired mismatched view links also mark invoices or estimates as viewed and trigger configured notifications.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
