SSRF via unrestricted cross-host blob redirects

SSRF in Ollama Model Pull API 0.18.0 through 0.18.1 allows remote authenticated users to make server-side requests via model pulls. In server/download.go, blob preparation accepts a cross-host redirect as the direct download URL, and downloadChunk passes it to Go's default client without a host restriction. An API caller must select an attacker-controlled registry; the server then issues ranged GET requests to the redirected endpoint, without demonstrated response disclosure.
