Persistent denial of service in Android 14 through 17 allows remote attackers to interrupt affected devices via malformed part headers. The System component's parsePartHeaders routine improperly validates untrusted part-header input in multiple files, leaving the denial-of-service condition persistent. No authentication, additional execution privileges, or user interaction is required, and Google has not published the specific failure mode.
