Authenticated arbitrary file write via planted restore symlink

Link following in Runtipi 4.10.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write files via a crafted backup archive. During restore, BackupManager copies an archive-supplied user-config/app.env symlink into a live path, and FilesystemService.writeTextFile() later follows it when processing attacker-controlled appEnv content. Access to the authenticated backup restore and user-config endpoints is required; successful exploitation overwrites any reachable path with Runtipi process permissions, potentially corrupting configuration or interrupting service.
