Authenticated session actions via permissive cross-origin policy
Published Jul 2, 2026 · Updated Jul 2, 2026
Cross-origin policy flaw in Ubiquiti UniFi OS before 5.1.19 allows remote attackers to trigger actions through an authenticated user's browser. The vendor identifies a permissive CORS configuration but does not disclose the affected endpoint, header logic, or origin-validation error. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to visit an attacker-controlled page; resulting requests execute with that user's session privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
