Unauthorized data access via unbound filter values

SQL injection in DHIS2 Core 2.37 through 2.39 allows remote authenticated users to read data via crafted SQL View filter values. The SQL View data endpoints concatenate supplied filter and criteria values into generated SQL instead of binding them as JDBC parameters, allowing injected expressions to alter the query. Access to SQL View execution is required, and successful exploitation exposes database content outside the intended SQL View result set.
