Account takeover via unsafe OIDC email linking

Authentication bypass in affected Coder 2.x releases allows remote attackers to take over accounts through malicious OIDC identities. Email fallback links an existing account by address without rejecting a different IdP subject, while the claim parser treats an absent or non-boolean email_verified value as verified. Exploitation requires OIDC access with the victim’s email and an account not already linked to another IdP subject; success grants access to the victim’s workspaces, templates, and resources.
