Code execution via PDSPRJ parser out-of-bounds write

Out-of-bounds write in Labcenter Electronics Ltd. Proteus Design Suite 8.17 SP5 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The PDSPRJ parser insufficiently validates file-supplied data before writing it into an allocated buffer, permitting a write past the buffer boundary. A user must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file, and resulting code runs in the current process context.
