Cross-bucket object access via path traversal

Path traversal in SeaweedFS before 4.30 allows remote attackers to read or write objects across buckets through S3 and Iceberg REST URLs. The gateways preserve untrusted dot-dot segments during routing, then util.JoinPath or path.Join collapses them when constructing the filer path. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized cross-bucket object access.
