Blind internal request proxying via scheme-only URI validation

Server-side request forgery in malach-it Boruta 2.3.2 through 2.3.6 allows remote attackers to trigger blind outbound HTTP GETs. Three URI-fetching paths pass requester-controlled request_uri or jwks_uri values to Finch after checking only that a scheme is present, without restricting resolved destinations or redirects. Exposed authorization or dynamic-registration endpoints require no authentication; the response body is not returned, limiting direct disclosure while permitting internal-service probing and side-effecting GET requests.
