Persistent endpoint denial via unhandled Kafka tombstones

Denial of service in CoreWCF.Kafka before 1.8.1 and in 1.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to halt topic processing. KafkaTransportPump fails to check a null-value tombstone before processing it, allowing an exception to escape the consume loop and permanently stop further reads. Produce/write permission on a consumed topic is required unless anonymous publishing is enabled, and later records remain unprocessed.
